Refund Policy

 

The Company does not under any circumstances refund any purchases made through this website or any of the Company’s third-party payment service providers, for any products or services purchased in connection with the services provided by the Company. However, under no circumstances shall the Company issue any refunds UNLESS the merchandise that is received is DAMAGED, BROKEN, and/or DESTROYED UPON RECEIPT. In the event the product received is damaged, broken, and/or destroyed upon receipt of the product, please contact info@camachospottery.com immediately to request a refund within 10 days of receipt of the damaged product/good. No refunds will be made after 10 days of receipt of the damages product/good. If you desire a replacement product/good, you may be eligible for a replacement, if and only if, the product/good is available—there are no guarantees or warranties that the product/good will be available as the product/good created by the Company, are customized and handmade. Any refunds that may be issued are solely at the discretion of the Company under a case-by-case basis. This does not negate any portion of this no-refund policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

All products and/or goods purchased through the website and/or any other third-party administrator of the Company’s products, may not be cancelled once the order is placed. Orders purchased through the Company’s website, shall be subject to a shipping charge in addition to the price of the product/good and applicable sales tax. All orders placed may be shipped directly from the Company’s headquarters and/or warehouse OR orders may be shipped directly from a third-party shipping vendor/carrier, Printful. The Company cannot be held liable for any delays or issues related to shipping if the product/good purchased is shipped by the Company’s third-party vendor/carrier, Printful. For any products shipped directly from the Company, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to create the product and fulfill an order, thereafter shipping time will depend on the product availability and delivery destination. The Company cannot guarantee and/or warrant any shipping time and/or the date of arrival. For expedited shipping, if available, an additional fee may be applied to the order. Disclaimer for Pottery & No Guarantees or Representations

 

The Company cannot guarantee or represent that any of the products sold on this website will look and/or appear exactly as they do on the website when received in person. There may be variations in color, size, and or print when received. Please refer to the Company’s Refund Policy accordingly.

Further, we cannot be responsible for any products that are damages and/or broken after the product has been received intact. Pottery is very fragile and must be handled with care. We cannot refund and/or replace an item that was received intact and later broken when handled. Further, we not responsible for any scratches made on counter tops, coffee tables, dining room tables, other pottery, or any other surface. The pottery we make may be hard and may scratch surfaces. Any pottery can scratch another surface. How the pottery is handled and what the pottery comes in contact with could determine if it does or does not scratch and the Company cannot be liable and/or responsible for any damage the pottery may cause.
